China Construction International (03311): The subsidiary and China Construction Jiahe jointly bid for a plot of land in Fuzhou, China

According to Zhitong Finance App, China Construction International (03311) announced that on July 14, 2026, Putian Haiyue (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) and China Construction Jiahe signed a joint bidding agreement. According to this, Putian Haiyue and China Jianjiahe agreed to jointly bid for the plot (plot located in Fuzhou, China) with 80% and 20% investment ratios respectively.

The board of directors believes that the location and designated use of the plot are in line with the company's investment and development direction.
