Seri Industrial, Eni Units Form New Company for Marketing of Energy Storage Products

11:49 PM EDT, 07/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Subsidiaries of Italian energy giant Eni (ENI.MI) and energy storage group Seri Industrial (SERI.MI) incorporated a company to commercialize energy storage systems and manage supply chain, engineering, research, and development activities. Named Faenix, the new company is 70% owned by Seri unit Fib and 30% by Eni Industrial Evolution, according to a Monday release. Faenix will market goods produced within the integrated Teverola-Brindisi industrial platform, which will house the planned Eni Storage Systems facilities.
