Longhu Group (00960) achieved a total contract sales amount of 16.55 billion yuan in the first six months

According to Zhitong Finance App, Longhu Group (00960) announced that for the six months ended June 30, 2026, the Group has achieved a total contract sales amount of RMB 16.55 billion, a contract sales area of 1.75 million square meters, a contract sales amount of RMB 2.88 billion and a contract sales area of 299,000 square meters in June; in a single month of June, it achieved a contract sales amount of RMB 1.90 billion and a contract sales area belonging to the company's shareholders.

For the six months ended June 30, 2026, the Group achieved operating and service revenue of approximately RMB 13.70 billion (tax included amount of approximately RMB 14.61 billion); of this, operating revenue was approximately RMB 7.30 billion (tax inclusive amount was approximately RMB 7.82 billion) and service revenue was approximately RMB 6.40 billion (tax inclusive amount was approximately RMB 6.79 billion).

In June 2026, the Group added a new land reserve. The total construction area and equity construction area were 45,300 square meters, and the equity land price was RMB 121 million.
