On July 9, Xiamen Jinlu Special Alloy Co., Ltd. began construction of a cutting tool product line and solution center construction project for high-end manufacturing in Wenjiang High-tech Zone in Chengdu. The project has a total investment of 1.05 billion yuan, planned land use of about 100 mu, and a total construction area of over 60,000 square meters. The project was invested and built by Jinlu in Xiamen. It will build a digital intelligent production workshop, a high-end cutting tool R&D and engineering solution center, and a comprehensive supporting carrier. On this basis, we introduced international advanced high-end intelligent production equipment such as sintering, CNC grinding, precision coating, and laser processing. The construction period of the project is 24 months. It is expected that after delivery in 2028, it will form a manufacturing base with an annual output of 30 million rotatable tools, 4 million overall tools, and 2 million pieces of superhard tools. At the same time, the project will also build a strategic headquarters for Xiamen Jinlu radiating western China to meet the development needs of high-end industrial clusters such as aerospace, new energy vehicles, rail transit, and precision molds in Sichuan and Chongqing.
