After considering downstream river conditions in an integrated manner, the pre-discharge flow rate was 84.9 cubic meters per second. As of 8 o'clock on July 11, the reservoir had reserved an additional 170 million cubic meters of storage capacity below the flood limit to cope with subsequent heavy rainfall and ensure downstream safety.
