HydrogenPro Plans Up to NOK6.4 Million Subsequent Share Offering

05:36 AM EDT, 07/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- HydrogenPro (HYPRO.OL) plans to raise up to 6.4 million Norwegian kroner through a subsequent offering of up to 12,762,444 shares at 0.50 kroner apiece. The Norwegian electrolyzer technology company said Friday the offering will take place on July 13 and end on July 20. The offering follows a 15 million-krone private placement of 30,000,000 new shares.
