China Merchants Bank (03968): Kwan Soo-yeon appointed as Joint Company Secretary

According to the Zhitong Finance App, China Merchants Bank (03968) issued an announcement. Due to changes in the work schedule, Ms. Ho Wing-zi has resigned as Joint Company Secretary of the Company, effective July 10, 2026.

Following review and approval at the 17th meeting of the 13th board of directors of the Company, the board of directors agreed to appoint Ms. Kwan Xiuyan as the Company's joint company secretary to replace Ms. Ho. The term of office will begin on the date of review and approval by the board of directors (i.e. July 10, 2026) and end on the date of expiration of the 13th board of directors.
