Vigorously develop new types of energy storage, explore long-term energy storage applications, increase the scale of inter-provincial renewable energy mutual aid transactions, and continuously increase the share of new energy generation. Strengthen the construction, transformation and intelligent upgrading of distribution grids, and enhance the comprehensive carrying capacity of distribution networks for new types of agents such as distributed new energy sources. Actively develop new forms of energy consumption nearby, such as direct green power connections, smart microgrids, integrated source grid load storage, and new energy access to incremental distribution grids, and expand green power application space.
