The National Energy Administration issued the “Action Plan for Energy Conservation and Carbon Reduction”. Among them, it was mentioned that by 2028, the share of non-fossil energy consumption will increase by about 1 percentage point per year; rationally control the coal consumption of coal power units to achieve the current energy efficiency benchmark level and strive to increase the proportion of coal-electricity production capacity by 15 percentage points; build a number of zero-carbon low-carbon coal mines and oil areas; support the construction of a number of zero-carbon parks. Significant progress has been made in energy saving and carbon reduction in key industries, and the level of green energy use continues to rise.
