The proposal includes: - Allowing lower risk weights for large domestic public infrastructure exposures; - Allowing lower risk weights for high quality unrated corporate exposures when specific conditions are met; - Adjusting standards to make more residential real estate development projects meet 100% lower risk weight eligibility requirements; - Plans to finalize the credit risk capital adjustment plan in the second half of 2026, which will take effect on April 1, 2027; - Proposals relating to liquidity risk and market risk will be consulted within the next 12 months.
