How can I fund my Crypto account?

For the moment, e-transfer and internal transfers are the only ways to fund your Crypto account.

Funding via e-transfer

1) Online Banking Transfer

This is done directly through the app or the Webull Canada website. Webull connects to the Interac portal, so you log into your bank and complete the transfer in one step.

2) Email Transfer

This is done through your email. Once you select this option, Interac sends you a confirmation email, which can take 15 minutes to 24 hours to arrive. The email sometimes lands in your junk or spam folder. Once it arrives, you'll need to log into your bank separately to accept the transfer.

Funding via "Transfer Money"

If you already have settled cash in your CASH or MARGIN account, you can fund your Crypto account without using e-transfer. Go to "Transfer" > "Transfer Money" and move funds directly into your Crypto account.

Both CAD and USD can be used for this internal transfer.

What's not supported at the moment

EFT, Bill Pay, and Wire deposits aren't available for Crypto account funding at the moment.
