Why can't I withdraw my funds from Webull CA?

There are many reasons why your funds aren't able to be withdrawn. Below are the most common occurrences:

1. Trade settlement: If you've sold out of a position, your proceeds from this sale will not be available to withdraw until the next business day. This is called the T+1 rule. Please find additional information regarding the change to T+1 settlement through this link: https://www.webull.ca/help/faq/517-T-1-Securities-Settlement

2. e-Transfer settlement: If you initiated an e-transfer deposit, you must wait 1 additional business day prior to initiating a withdrawal.

3. Currency conversion settlement: If you've initiated a currency conversion, you must wait 1-2 business days for the funds to settle before initiating a withdrawal.

4. EFT settlement: If your EFT transfer was fully processed, please allow 2 business days for your funds to be available to be withdrawn.

If these scenarios don't apply, please reach out to us in the Help Centre or through our email support@webull.ca.
