How to reset passwords?

To reset your password, please follow these instructions below:

1. Tap on “Menu” at the bottom right of the Webull application.
2. Tap on the “Settings” button under “Shortcuts”.
3. Tap on the first row on the “Settings” page called “Account & Security”.
4. Tap on “Change Login Password”.
5. Enter your current login password and answer the security question before you input your new password.

IF YOU HAVE FORGOTTEN YOUR PASSWORD:

A verification code should be sent to the email or phone number on file. After inputting the verification code and answering your security question, enter your new password.
