If the total loan amount is less than 2 million yuan, the calculation is 1% of the actual loan amount; if it reaches or exceeds 2 million yuan, the maximum subsidy is 20,000 yuan per package. The total amount of subsidy is 30 million yuan, on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last.
