Tesla revealed in its revised annual filing that it generated more than 500 million US dollars in revenue by selling products to two other companies under Elon Musk last year. Tesla first disclosed in January this year that the majority of its revenue was approximately US$430.1 million from business dealings with Musk's artificial intelligence startup xAI. The car company submitted a revised filing on Thursday, adding that it also confirmed revenue of 143.3 million US dollars from Musk's privately controlled space company Space Exploration Technology. Tesla did not disclose the latter amount in its initial annual report released in January of this year. Earlier this month, the media reported that SpaceX purchased a cybertruck worth over $100 million in the fourth quarter of last year — that is, Tesla, an electric pickup truck with weak sales performance.
