PROG Holdings, Inc. Increases Quarterly Dividend From $0.13 To $0.14 Per Share

PROG Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:PRG), the fintech holding company for Progressive Leasing, Purchasing Power, Four Technologies, and MoneyApp, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.14 per share of common stock, payable on March 24, 2026 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 12, 2026. This dividend amount is an increase of 7.7% compared to the quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per share previously paid by the Company.
