Novartis Starts Research Center Development in US Under $23 Billion Investment Push

The center, which is expected to be operational in 2029, will accelerate drug discovery and boost the Swiss drugmaker's capabilities in next-generation technology platforms and delivery systems. The development is part of the company's $23 billion investment in the US, which also includes the ongoing manufacturing hub project in North Carolina; the launch of a radioligand therapy, or RLT, manufacturing facility in Carlsbad, California; the expansion of existing facilities in Indiana and New Jersey; and plans to set up new RLT manufacturing plants in Florida and Texas.
