Revenues Tell The Story For BingEx Limited (NASDAQ:FLX) As Its Stock Soars 25%

Simply Wall St·02/07/2026 12:11:43
Listen to the news

BingEx Limited (NASDAQ:FLX) shares have had a really impressive month, gaining 25% after a shaky period beforehand. Still, the 30-day jump doesn't change the fact that longer term shareholders have seen their stock decimated by the 55% share price drop in the last twelve months.

Even after such a large jump in price, it's still not a stretch to say that BingEx's price-to-sales (or "P/S") ratio of 0.5x right now seems quite "middle-of-the-road" compared to the Logistics industry in the United States, where the median P/S ratio is around 0.7x. However, investors might be overlooking a clear opportunity or potential setback if there is no rational basis for the P/S.

How BingEx Has Been Performing

BingEx could be doing better as its revenue has been going backwards lately while most other companies have been seeing positive revenue growth. One possibility is that the P/S ratio is moderate because investors think this poor revenue performance will turn around. If not, then existing shareholders may be a little nervous about the viability of the share price.

Is There Some Revenue Growth Forecasted For BingEx?

In order to justify its P/S ratio, BingEx would need to produce growth that's similar to the industry.

In reviewing the last year of financials, we were disheartened to see the company's revenues fell to the tune of 14%. Unfortunately, that's brought it right back to where it started three years ago with revenue growth being virtually non-existent overall during that time. Accordingly, shareholders probably wouldn't have been overly satisfied with the unstable medium-term growth rates.

Turning to the outlook, the next year should generate growth of 2.1% as estimated by the lone analyst watching the company. That's shaping up to be similar to the 3.1% growth forecast for the broader industry.

In light of this, it's understandable that BingEx's P/S sits in line with the majority of other companies. Apparently shareholders are comfortable to simply hold on while the company is keeping a low profile.

The Final Word

Its shares have lifted substantially and now BingEx's P/S is back within range of the industry median. Using the price-to-sales ratio alone to determine if you should sell your stock isn't sensible, however it can be a practical guide to the company's future prospects.

We've seen that BingEx maintains an adequate P/S seeing as its revenue growth figures match the rest of the industry. Right now shareholders are comfortable with the P/S as they are quite confident future revenue won't throw up any surprises. If all things remain constant, the possibility of a drastic share price movement remains fairly remote.
