John Marshall Bancorp Initiates Quarterly Cash Dividend Of $0.09/Share

John Marshall Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ:JMSB) (the "Company"), today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend. Having paid annual cash dividends for each of the past four years, today's announcement marks the beginning of an anticipated quarterly dividend program.

The initial quarterly cash dividend of $0.09 was declared for each share of its common stock outstanding. The dividend is payable on March 4, 2026 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 11, 2026. Based on the current number of shares outstanding, the aggregate payment will be approximately $1.3 million.

On an annualized basis, this initial quarterly cash dividend represents a 20% increase over the 2025 annual cash dividend of $0.30 per outstanding share of common stock.
