CVC Capital Partners, AIG to Launch Private Equity Secondaries Evergreen Platform

12:12 AM EST, 01/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Private equity group CVC Capital Partners (CVC.AS) is collaborating with American International Group, or AIG, to establish a private equity secondaries evergreen platform, according to a Monday release. Under the strategic partnership, AIG will commit up to $1.5 billion from its private equity portfolio as a cornerstone investor. AIG will also allocate $2 billion to separately managed accounts and funds managed by CVC, with an initial $1 billion tranche to be deployed through 2026.
