11:48 PM EST, 01/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Air France-KLM (AF.PA) said Thursday it issued a 3.875% senior unsecured note with a principal amount of 650 million euros and a five-year maturity. The note was drawn from the European airline's euro medium-term note program. The offering was oversubscribed with orders surpassing 3.5 billion euros, prompting the company to increase the offering size from the initial plan of 500 million euros. Air France-KLM earmarked proceeds for general corporate expenditures and the redemption in May of the first tranche of its outstanding 500 million euros of 7.25% sustainability-linked bonds. JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley and Société Générale served as global coordinators of the offering. Bank of China, Commerzbank, HSBC, La Banque Postale and Natixis served as joint active bookrunners.
