Tianji Holdings (01520) subsidiary signs a strategic cooperation framework agreement with COFCO Beijing to jointly explore the sports nutrition food market

According to Zhitong Finance App, Tianji Holdings (01520) issued an announcement. On January 8, 2026, Beijing Yiw200 Technology Co., Ltd. (Beijing Yiwu), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with COFCO Food Technology Development (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (COFCO Beijing). According to the cooperation agreement, based on the principles of complementary advantages, resource sharing, mutual benefit and long-term stable cooperation, the two sides agreed to carry out in-depth strategic cooperation in the fields of R&D, production, promotion and sales of sports food (including but not limited to sports water, sports supplements, etc.) related products to jointly explore the sports nutrition food market.

The two sides agreed to cooperate to establish a joint laboratory to focus on the following core R&D projects: 1. Research on the characteristics of sports aquatic products by the COFCO Nutrition and Health Research Institute, research on sports aquatic products solutions containing peptides to ensure that the products meet the compliance claims and specifications of sports nutrition foods; 2. Technical exchanges and industry collaboration to build a professional exchange platform to gather experts in the fields of food nutrition and water quality analysis to discuss the progress of sports water research and the optimization direction of industry standards. In addition to joint laboratory research and development work, the two sides will further cooperate in sports food production supply chain integration, marketing pipeline expansion, and sales network construction based on R&D results. The details of the cooperation will be determined by subsequent negotiations between the two parties and a special agreement will be signed.
