(300831.SZ) announced that the company signed a procurement-related agreement with a supplier and its related party, agreeing that the company will purchase IGBT chips and related services from a supplier and its related parties within the term of the agreement, with the aim of expanding the company's business in the field of HVDC transmission. According to the procurement framework agreement, the purchase amount of the company's irrevocable raw materials and related service orders in 2026 and 2027 is about $174 million (excluding tax, same below); the total estimated supply amount for 2028, 2029 and 2030 is about 1.3 to 1.4 billion yuan. The company will procure based on actual business development. The aforementioned supply volume is the supply capacity promised by the seller and is only used to meet the order requirements issued by the buyer during this period. It does not constitute an obligation or guarantee that the buyer must purchase.
