CIMG Subsidiaries Secure ~$124M In Computing Power-Related Commercial Contracts In Q4 2025

On January 5, 2026, CIMG Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release (the "Press Release") announcing that its subsidiaries had executed a series of initial computing power-related commercial contracts. In the fourth quarter of 2025, through its subsidiaries, the Company entered into multiple sales contracts and framework agreements with an aggregate contract value of approximately $124 million, subject to customary conditions, customers' order quantities, inspections, and acceptance.
