Jinglian Group (01751) subsidiary signed a project contract agreement for the second phase of the industrial waste gas power generation project of Sunit Youqi Xinmeng New Materials Co., Ltd.

According to Zhitong Finance App, Jinglian Group (01751) issued an announcement. On January 7, 2026, Guangdong Fengxin Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering Co., Ltd. (Guangdong Fengxin, as the contractor), a Chinese subsidiary of the Group, and Shenzhen Shengshi Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen Shengshi, as the contractor) signed a project contract agreement for the second phase of the Sunit Teyouqi Xinmeng New Materials Co., Ltd. industrial waste gas power generation project. According to the agreement, Shenzhen Shengshi has appointed Guangdong Fengxin to undertake all the work related to the second phase of the project with an installed capacity of 60 megawatts. The total contract amount was RMB 78.3 million.

The Board of Directors believes that the conclusion of the agreement is an important step for the Group to expand its domestic engineering business. The project is currently one of the largest single industrial exhaust gas internal combustion engine power generation projects in the world, and is expected to lay a solid foundation for the Group to enter overseas 100 megawatt wellhead gas internal combustion engine power generation projects in the future. The Group will rely on rich project experience and professional execution capabilities to ensure the smooth progress of the project. The board of directors anticipates that the project will have a positive impact on the Group's future financial situation and operating results after implementation.
