According to the news, Mobileye Global will acquire Israeli startup Mentee Robotics with $900 million worth of cash plus shares to advance its development in the field of humanoid robots. The deal, which includes $612 million in cash and up to 26,229,714 shares of Mobileye's Class A common stock, is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026, according to the company's statement. According to the deal arrangement, Mentee will remain independent for at least the next two years and will be given access to the Mobileye customer network.
