According to a preliminary review of the Group's unaudited comprehensive management accounts for the year ended December 31, 2025, the Group, together with its joint ventures and associated companies, realized a cumulative contract sales amount of about RMB 90.93 billion, and the total contract sales floor area vested in the company's shareholders' rights was about 3.653 million square meters, a year-on-year decrease of about 12.0% and 27.6%, respectively.
