According to enterprise survey data, in 2025, 12,200 memory chip-related enterprises were registered in China, an increase of 42.7% over the previous year, setting a record high in the number of registered memory chip-related companies in China in the past ten years. Of the newly registered companies, over 30% are located in South China, followed by East China, accounting for 28.9%. In terms of enterprise inventory, as of January 7, there were 46,000 memory chip-related enterprises in China, accounting for a total of 56.7% of enterprises established in the past three years.
