01:30 AM EST, 01/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nanoform Finland (NANOFH.HE) said Wednesday it started change negotiations covering its Finnish workforce as it seeks to optimize its operations and advance its midterm business targets for 2030. The talks, set to begin on Jan. 12 and run for at least three weeks, will focus on the reorganization and consolidation of operations, with potential staff reductions. The medicine performance-enhancing company said the process could result in the termination of between 20 and 60 employees, with the scope of potential temporary layoffs and redundancies to be determined during negotiations. The measures are expected to deliver annual cost savings of between 2 million euros and 6 million euros from the second half.
