On January 6, the Hainan Free Trade Port Zero Carbon Park Construction Alliance was officially launched by 43 organizations, led by Ningde Times and Haikou National High-tech Industrial Development Zone and Central Planning and Design Co., Ltd. According to the Ningde Era, the establishment of the alliance aims to break the traditional “single point advance” development model, deepen policy docking and technological transformation by building an open, collaborative and win-win industrial ecosystem platform integrating “production, learning, research, finance, and use”, and help the large-scale construction of the Hainan Free Trade Port Zero Carbon Park and the export of replicable experiences. The alliance also released the country's first free trade port zero carbon park white paper — “Hainan Free Trade Port Zero Carbon Park Construction White Paper” at the launch conference.
