Seeing Machines to Receive $14 Million Royalty Payment

The payment was triggered by a material change to a production program and is being carried out in lieu of future royalty fees, which are due to the computer vision technology company over the next four years, according to a Tuesday filing. Seeing Machines added that the transaction, along with associated revenue, will boost its profitability and cash generation in the second half.
