Recently, Suzhou Ziguang Digital and Ping An Bank signed a comprehensive credit agreement to transfer the amount of 100 million yuan to Ziguang E-Commerce and provide a joint and several liability guarantee for this amount to guarantee the debt accrual period from 2025 to 2026. After this guarantee, Suzhou Ziguang Digital's guarantee balance for Ziguang e-commerce was 260 million yuan within the quota, leaving 800 million yuan in the quota. Up to now, the company and its subsidiaries' guarantee balance for Ziguang's e-commerce is 1,440 billion yuan.
