Shenzhou Holdings (00861) won the bid for Changchun's 10-million-level AI project to help build a new highland for innovative application of large models

Recently, the first bid section of the Changchun Big Model Innovation Application Public Service Platform Project was officially announced. Shenqi Digital Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shenzhou Holdings (00861), successfully won the bid. The total amount of the project exceeded 10 million yuan. This marks a key step in promoting large-scale implementation of artificial intelligence technology and building regional digital economy infrastructure in Changchun City.

The Changchun Big Model Innovation and Application Public Service Platform is an important infrastructure for Changchun City to promote the breakthrough development of the digital economy and promote the deep integration of artificial intelligence and the real economy. It aims to provide local enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, with convenient, efficient, and low-cost large-scale model and smart device development capabilities in the form of public services, and clear the barriers of high technical threshold and large initial investment, thus activating the endogenous motivation for intelligent upgrading of the entire industry. The content of this tender covers the procurement of finished software for the “Smart Device Development Service Platform” and the procurement of related technical services. It mainly includes two major sectors: public cloud model call services and smart device development services. It covers the development and deployment of 10 types of special agents, including intelligent customer service, procurement requirements review, investment and financing risk analysis, intelligent inventory and classification of data assets, and intelligent supply chain collaboration, as well as full-process technical operation and maintenance services such as system management and operation analysis.
