Shaanxi SDIC A (000563.SZ) plans not to exceed 800 million yuan to participate in Changan Bank's capital increase and stock expansion

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Shaanxi SDIC A (000563.SZ) announced that the company previously received the “Letter of Intent of Changan Bank to Increase Capital and Expand Shares” and related annexes from Changan Bank on November 26, inviting the company to participate in Changan Bank's current capital increase. The company plans to participate in Changan Bank's current capital increase. The capital increase amount will not exceed 800 million yuan, and the additional shares will not exceed 209 million shares.

The company previously went through internal approval and registration procedures to suspend disclosure. On December 31, Changan Bank received the China Securities Regulatory Commission's “Approval to Register Issuance of Shares to Specific Targets” from the China Securities Regulatory Commission, agreeing to Changan Bank's registration application to issue shares to specific targets. At present, the reason for suspending disclosure of this matter has been removed, and the company has decided to disclose the aforementioned matters.
