Invalda INVL Unit to Build Coworking Space in Lithuania

04:05 AM EST, 01/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Invalda INVL's (IVL1L.VS) INVL Baltic Real Estate subsidiary plans to convert and redesign a building in Vilnius, Lithuania, into a coworking space. The Lithuanian asset manager unit said Monday that the Talent Garden Vilnius coworking location, which will span 3,500 square meters, will feature 325 workstations, 48 private offices, a kitchen, 20 meeting rooms, and others. The company enlisted UAB Sivysta, UAB Sumani inžinerija, UAB Elneda, and UAB Elteros projektai for the project's construction, which will start in January, with the location to be opened to tenants at the end of 2026.
