  • Monument Capital Management announced the appointment of Joseph (Joe) Ianoale to the role of Chief Investment Officer (CIO). As CIO, Ianoale will lead Monument’s investment strategy and oversee the firm’s continued expansion across its nationwide, diversified multifamily portfolio. Ianoale brings nearly two decades of experience in real estate, private equity and investment banking, spanning a wide range of asset classes and multi-disciplinary investment strategies. He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Management at Mast Capital.
  • Cushman & Wakefield represented Torburn Partners in its $48.5 million sale of the Motorola Research & Development facility in Plantation, Florida. Cushman & Wakefield’s Dominic Montazemi, Mike Davis, Rick Brugge, Rick Colon and Mike Ciadella represented Torburn Partners in its transaction.
    The newly constructed, 83,551-square-foot building is fully leased to Motorola Solutions.
  • S3 Capital has originated a $67 million construction loan for Tula Residences, a 21-story, 54-unit luxury condominium tower rising at 7918 West Drive in North Bay Village, Miami. The building will feature two- and three-bedroom residences, as well as six penthouses averaging nearly 4,000 square feet, each with wrap-around terraces. Bayshore Grove Capital is developing the project.
  • Kimpton Angler’s Hotel in Miami Beach has sold for $43.5 million. The hotel was purchased by Hotels Investment and Management Team LLC. The buyer was represented by Susan Gale of Gale International at ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. The Kimpton Angler’s is a 132-key hotel featuring two pools and three food and beverage outlets. The buyer plans to renovate the property.
