The company has secured a 1.5GW capacity through definitive agreements, aiming to position itself as a major AI infrastructure developer in Europe. Key initiatives include transitioning the Spanish sites towards construction readiness and integrating Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to enhance recurring revenues through margin trading with the Spanish grid. Additionally, EdgeMode is focused on reducing shareholder dilution and expanding its business model internationally, indicating strategic growth plans as they move into 2026.
