Yongjia Group (03322): Lee Chun Ho appointed as Executive Director

According to Zhitong Finance App News, Yongjia Group (03322) announced that Mr. Lee Chun-ho has been appointed as an executive director; Mr. Ma Jiajun has resigned as an independent non-executive director, as well as a member of the Nomination Committee and Audit Committee under the Board of Directors; and Ms. Zhou Peilian has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of the Nomination Committee and Audit Committee under the Board of Directors, effective from January 2, 2026.
