The purpose is to ensure that the implemented project complies with relevant national regulations and the development direction of the 2030 Vision. Our Saudi energy equipment project has obtained such permits, which indicates that it has obtained administrative approval for the construction project in Saudi Arabia. After the construction of the project is completed, it can be converted into an “industrial production license”.
