Mr. Xuan Tingzhang has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the audit committee, member of the remuneration committee and member of the nomination committee; 2. Ms. Yan Beilin has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, member of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Nomination Committee; 3. Mr. Chen Jincai has resigned as an independent non-executive director and no longer serves as the chairman of the Audit Committee, a member of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee; 4. Mr. Zhou Zhan has resigned as an independent non-executive director Director and no longer serves as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, Member of Audit Committee and Member of the Nomination Committee; and 5. Mr. Tang Chun-yi has been reassigned as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
