According to Zhitong Finance App, VALA (02051) announced that in December 2025, the Group and Chongqing Ruichi Auto Industrial Co., Ltd. “Ruichi Auto”, the first domestic original six-seater smart camper with inclined roof, Vala Home, have begun delivery to the first batch of car owners. With the successful delivery of Vala Home, the Group has achieved two camper product layouts for different customer groups and different price ranges. The Group is working with Ruiz Motors to increase production capacity and delivery systems to provide owners of Vala series models with a better product and service experience.
During the fourth quarter of 2025, the Group delivered 90 Vala cars in batches to order customers. Among them, the Group delivered 60 camper models, Vala Pro, and 30 Vala Home.
The Group is focusing on selecting high-quality Vala car owners who are passionate about the Vala lifestyle and are happy to share to join the team of Vala co-creators. As of December 31, 2025, the Group has opened a total of three Vala underground city stores in Hangzhou, Changsha, Qingdao and other cities.
