Comorian President Azali stressed at a reception held on December 30 in Moroni, the capital of Côte d'Ivoire, to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the Comoros, that the Cote side firmly abides by the one-China principle and supports the cause of China's reunification. Azali presented Huang Zheng, the Chinese ambassador to the Comoros, a medal commemorating the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Kosovo and China. In his speech, he praised the friendship between Colombia and China for setting a model for international relations, and thanked China for its long-term support and assistance to Côte d'Ivoire. Huang Zheng said that since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Science, the two countries have always firmly supported, treated each other equally, and united and assisted each other. China will implement the important consensus reached by the heads of state of the two countries and continue to continue the “mountain and sea situation” of building a common destiny between China and Science. The reception was co-hosted by the Chinese Embassy in the Comoros and the General Secretariat of the Comorian Government. On the same day, more than 200 guests from all walks of life of China and Science attended the reception. The participants also visited the photo exhibition on the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Science.
