Zijin Mining announced that on December 31, 2025, the first meeting of the 9th board of directors of the company elected Zou Laichang as chairman and Lin Hongfu as vice chairman for a term of three years. The meeting also elected members of four special committees of the board of directors and elected Wu Xiaomin as the chief independent director. According to the nomination, Lin Hongfu was appointed as president and Gao Wenlong as secretary of the board; Wu Jianhui was appointed as executive vice president, and 10 people including Xie Xionghui were appointed as vice presidents; Wu Honghui was appointed as financial director and Cai Xuelin as co-financial director; and Wu Jianhui was appointed as chief engineer. The terms of office of the above personnel were all three years.
