The court found Chongqing Yaohui guilty of polluting the environment and fined 4 million yuan; several defendants received corresponding penalties. This time, Chongqing Yaohui was fined and compensated a total of 19877,600 yuan, accounting for 0.22% of the company's most recent audited net assets and 4.13% of net profit, with no significant adverse effects. Chongqing Yaohui resumed production in August and is currently operating normally.
