Sonae Unit to Sell Brazil Shopping Center Stake in BRL625 Million Deal

03:43 AM EST, 12/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sonae (SON.LS) unit Sonae Sierra agreed to sell its entire 25.86% stake in Parque Dom Pedro Shopping center in São Paulo, Brazil, to two local real estate investment funds for a pretax transaction value of 625 million reais. The Portuguese conglomerate said Wednesday the sale, subject to approval of the Brazilian competition authority for a first-quarter 2026 closing, will streamline its presence in the South American country. The center is managed by Brazil-based operator Allos, in which the company is part of the reference shareholders group. The buyers are Hedge Shopping Parque Dom Pedro Fundo de Imobiliário and Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário - FII Parque Dom Pedro Shopping Center.
