Recently, the Foreign Trade Secretariat of the Ministry of Development, Industry, Trade and Services of Brazil issued a notice making an affirmative preliminary anti-dumping ruling on hot-rolled coils originating in China, recommending continuing the investigation, not implementing temporary anti-dumping measures, and extending the time limit for making a final ruling in this case to 18 months from the filing of the case.
