Tianqi Lithium (09696) appoints Zhu Hui as Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer

The board of directors received a written resignation letter from Mr. Zou Jun, the company's executive director, deputy general manager, and head of finance on December 30, 2025. Mr. Zou Jun applied to resign as the company's executive director, deputy general manager, and head of finance due to personal career planning. After his resignation, he no longer held any positions in the company, the company's holding subsidiaries, or participating companies. His letter of resignation is effective on the date it is served on the board of directors.

The company held the 28th meeting of the 6th board of directors on December 30, 2025 to review and pass the “Proposal on the Appointment of the Company's Senior Management”, and agreed to appoint Mr. Zhu Hui as the company's deputy general manager and financial director for a term of office from the date of review and approval by the board of directors until the expiration date of the current board of directors term.
