According to Zhitong Finance App, Zhongguancun Technology Leasing (01601) issued an announcement. On December 30, 2025, the company, as the lessor, entered into a financial lease agreement II with the lessee (Xinjiang Junrui Zhongyan Mining Equipment Co., Ltd.). According to this, the lessor will purchase the lessee's own leased assets II with a transfer price of RMB 40 million; and the lessor will lease the leased assets II back to the lessee for a period of 18 months, with a total lease amount of approximately RMB 41.76 million. Rental assets II are equipment such as excavators and mining trucks.
