In response to this incident, on December 30, Aletzie responded to Interface News and stated that there was a misunderstanding in the communication between the two parties regarding the incident. After verification, the discounted product mentioned by the user was actually a product with damaged packaging discovered by employees during on-site inspection. Foreign sales are strictly prohibited according to Allezi's quality control standards. However, in order to avoid waste of resources, employees can buy such broken and defective products, but they need to go through strict registration and review before they can buy them, so employees do not own the discounted products.
