Cao Cao Chuxing announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the company's consolidated subsidiary Hangzhou Youxing signed a Jidi share acquisition agreement with Zhejiang Jidi on the 30th, and also signed a Mercedes-Benz Travel share acquisition agreement with Mercedes-Benz Travel and Geely Holdings. According to these agreements, Hangzhou Youxing agreed to acquire 50% of Ulster Technology's shares from Zhejiang Jidi and Mercedes-Benz Travel respectively, with a total cash consideration of RMB 225,000,000. After the acquisition is completed, Ulstar Technology will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hangzhou Youxing.
